Welcome to Bay House, your home from home, set in the lovely North Norfolk town of Wells – next – the – Sea. Three large, comfortable rooms, guest lounge and a hearty breakfast with vegetarian options. Please note, however, that we are unable to meet strict Vegan requirements.

Children with well-behaved parents are welcome - please take them with you when you go out for the day!

Those of you that do not know Wells will enjoy exploring the town and discovering all the little gems that bring people back year after year.

Regular visitors will already know many of the town’s features, but there is always more to discover – after over twenty-five years here I still find the odd surprise!
