All our Guest Rooms are on the first floor - only thirteen stairs!

Our Family Room has a king size bed and a further single bed if needed. 

There is an en-suite bathroom.

The Twin Room has two full size single beds. 

There is an adjacent private bathroom.

Family Room 2 has a king size bed and a further single bed if needed. 

There is a private bathroom.

All our rooms have tea & coffee making facilities and Freeview TV.

WiFi is available throughout the house but No Work, please!

The Lounge/ Dining area is available for guests to use.

You are welcome to use the dining area for take-aways, etc, but please note that we cannot store or reheat any leftovers.....
